I used a bleeder bottle like this. You put a little fluid in the bottle to begin with, and attach the tube to the bleeder on the caliper. There is a straw inside that stays submerged in the brake fluid, so the caliper doesn't suck air back in. Then you just pump the pedal till you get fresh fluid. Switching between colored fluids like ATE Blue and Gold makes it easy to tell when you have new fluid. Don't forget to keep the reservoir full. ;-)
